4. Quotation and Approval

4.3. Repair work requiring customer approval will generally proceed only after the customer provides the required confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

6. Cancellation and Refund

7.3. Warranty may not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid exposure, unauthorized modification or repair, physical damage, improper handling, or other causes outside the scope of the original repair.

8. Pickup and Delivery

8.4. The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the product where required.
9. Transit Damage and Packaging
9.1. Customers must follow any packaging instructions provided by the Company before handing over a product for transportation.
9.2. Where the customer is responsible for packaging, the Company may not be responsible for damage resulting from inadequate or improper packaging.
9.3. Any transit-related damage should be reported to the Company as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, along with photographs, videos, packaging evidence, and other relevant information where requested.
9.4. Transit damage claims may be subject to verification and the terms of the applicable logistics or courier service.
10. Customer Information and Product Data
10.1. Customers must provide accurate information relating to themselves and the product submitted for service.
10.2. Customers should remove personal, confidential, or unnecessary data from devices before submitting them for repair wherever reasonably possible.
10.3. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their personal data before handing over a device or product for repair.
